On this month's episode of AmericanTruck's (AT) Truck News, the bronco is officially
back and our host, Justin Dugan, is just as thrilled as the rest of us.

The video gets deep into all the options and trims Ford is rolling out for the 2021

IMPRESSIVE! Very informative video. Everything that we've seen thus far predicts that this will put a serious chink in the Wrangler armor. The Bronco and Bronco Sport should be big hits for Ford IMO.

I’m not happy with Ford but dang do I love the Bronco. Ford hit this one on the head!

Slam dunk. A ton of nice hardware and just looks stunning. ****ing eh!

Can’t believe I’m saying this but it’s gonna bring a helluva fight to the Wrangler.

I would equate the execution and delivery of the Bronco as having a similar impact on me that the C8 unveiling did. So many features and cool things they added in that makes it and instant must-have type of vehicle. I had no idea about the tank-turn feature until I heard it on this video. You don't get those types of super impressive unveilings too often anymore it seems. They did a great job on the Bronco so far!

I am super impressed with Ford with the Bronco. After reading the post on the front page, I’m trying to talk the wife into getting one in a few years. I love the option’s flexibility. Well done ford! Imo it will take some huge chunks out of wrangler sales.

what are the odds that dodge really does put the 6.4 in the new wrangler because of this?

Although the Bronco was done well by Ford, I don’t see any Jeep fan boy or girl moving to Ford. Just my 2 cents.
I actually have seen a lot of guys I know who have had wranglers prior some of which even enjoyed off roaring them who are highly interested in getting a bronco.

personally I’d love to have one, the 4 door looks great and they seem to have a lot of nice little touches to them. Sure I wish there was a V8 option but ford still knocked it out of the park.

There are plenty of guys who won't but I think there are a ton of light off road types that will like the Bronco for it's on road mannerisms.
In all fairness, I think a lot of the current Jeep fans are only fans due to lack of other options.
Will be interesting to see what sales of each model looks like in 2-3 years.

Initially, I didn’t not think the Bronco would compete or steal sales away from the Wrangler but now I’m convinced otherwise. Bronco will take a good amount of would be Wrangler owners.

This will be very good for the Wrangler and the segment. Finally some variety and real competition.

You can bet your ass that team Jeep isn't going to sit by and be a stationary target. We've all seen the too numerous to count and ridiculous "official" concepts Jeep has shown over the years, so we know what they are capable of making. I think we'll find out shortly just what's actually legal to make and sell. They'll turn it up to 11.

The Wrangler is still the king, and will surely not go quietly. The war is just beginning. Should be fun!

I kinda like the 2 door Bronco. The more I look at it and read about it, the more I like it.
I think the aftermarket for these things are going to be bonkers. Both performance and for aesthetics.

How well do you guys think the 2.7 will fare with a 2 door Bronco? You think it'll be enough power/torque to make it get it up and go when it needs to??

The Ford engine options and IFS are going to make the Bronco a very nice driving vehicle on the road compared to the Jeep. That 2.7/10-Speed combo is going to make it a quick truck. An E85 tune away from 400whp/450+Tq

Its gonna be a screamer. Look at the performance it does on the F150. Add those 4.7 gears and its gonna be impressive.

That's pretty awesome.
Not too familiar with the ecoboost engines at all. Never had any interest in them. But, since those are the only options,......lol
That's good to know. I know tunes really wake them as well as bigger intercoolers.

Yea the 2.7 is pretty shocking. I can only imagine with a tune. The thing will fly even on 35's

Yes it is. I could never image a 165 CI engine in a full size PU could pull that hard vs the the 5.4 330 CI I had before and still get 23 MPG. This engine is impressive , and from what I've read, the new ones are built diesel tough.
