My Foxbody has Team Z drag springs, 3.73, Strange 35 splines, spool, 10- ways, basically the same setup. I highly suggest you check out Maximum Motorsports with the adjustable spring perch. It lets you very easily adjust the rear ride height. I found this very helpful to dial in my ideal ride height for the car. It’s the only CA I would ever run. Pricey, but you won’t be disappointed. If they’re too much $, the id check out Baseline Suspension. Kevin knows his stuff and there is a ton of info on his site.

Agreed about the power level. They do offer a drag version of the adjustable ones ass well. My Fox runs low 9’s on slicks. Haven’t been an issue at all. But if you’re not comfortable with them, I fully understand. I know those Team Z drag springs made my fox look like a lifted truck in the back even with a 28” tire, so being able to adjust the ride height was awesome.
Check out that baseline website. The owner Kevin is great.

I’m running a TeamZ grip series kit, with their anti roll bar, check them out they may be able to make you a kit minus the springs since you already have them. The relocated upper control arms make the car bite hard.

Do yourself a favor and just do this in one fell swoop so you don't have to do it over again. Just go straight to coilovers in the rear, it's so much better for adjusting ride heights and they just work better. Team Z double adjustable lower control arms, Viking coilover kit, and UPR coilover mount kit.

Is there a difference on how the UPR mount kit mounts vs what comes out of the box with the Viking mount?

like @badcobra said. Do double adjustable upper/lower. That way you can set it properly, when we centered my rear end the two control arms weren’t the exact same length. The body’s can we off from the factory.
Also I’d recommend some lca relocation brackets. They make weldable and bolt on ones. This lets you baseline the car, you want to hit the front of the tire not the back, control arm angles need to be set to accommodate this.

Dump those rubber upper bushings too. Put spherical in, the rear end needs to be free moving, no bind or wiggle.
