Truck has 10k miles and is stock with the exception of a FM cat back. Noise goes away as soon as it warms up a little bit.

Sounds like a bad bearing on a pulley.
I know this may sound dumb but I had a similar issue with 1K miles lol. I freaked out and I had my guy take a look at the truck, turned out to be some sort of plastic that broke kinda like a zip tie

I agree remove the belts. It will at least rule out external vs internal sounds.
Mine had a similair sound and I rebuilt the snout bearing for the supercharger and it went away.
