WHat size is the exhaust beyond the x pipe?

2.75"

It looks like the camber plates don't come installed from the factory on base cars with the handling package. Now we just have to wait and see if anyone gets them when they receive their car.

They certainly aren't coming on Base with HP cars - yet, if at all in 2020.

Crazy to think that when you order a "Handling Package" that you get some aero pieces and an oil separator. Adjustable camber plates, different springs/Magneride calibration should have been the meat and potatoes that made up that option. The splitter wickers and Gurney flap should have been an aero package available for any GT500 below the CFTP.

Well done. His hose is pinched.

Micah, I don't know if you are aware of it but there have been dozens (my own count is up to ~40) and likely hundreds of '20 GT500's that are being delivered with a severely constricted coolant hose. From the GT500's that Ford sent to the Ford Racing School to numerous forum members that went out and verified they had the issue too - all had this problem. Flat Rock isn't interested in mitigating the issue. I know, I tried to talk to them about it.

Nobody is holding back the hose when the engine is put into position on the assembly line. It is this hose I have the arrow pointing to from a cropped snippet of the photo you uploaded.

There is a pointed fastener that runs forward through the firewall that is piercing the protective sheathing and can/will penetrate the hose itself between the firewall and the rear corner of the supercharger. It is what is holding your hose over to the right. You will need to pull the strut tower brace in order to access it. Once released, it will drop way down and then sit in the cradle designed for it. Here is an example of another recently delivered car with the same issue. You'll need to shine lights on it (like in the photo) to get a clear view. His hose is actually sitting in the cradle (most are not, such as yours).

This video explains everything very well.

Wow, that sucks that so many have encountered that pinched heater hose issue. I'm shocked (but not surprised) that Ford isn't interested in taking care of their customer who have the factory pinched hoses. o_O:rolleyes:

Much better.

There's a sense of satisfaction when you get this one done but also an equal amount of disappointment in Ford, especially when they have been unwilling to listen to complaints about this or to take action.

Brace off, perfect time to install the factory oil separator if you have one. Quite a bit easier with the added room.

I have noticed when my hose is pinched I have my wife pull on it until it gets straight on its own! No tools needed...:)
