Smith & Wesson 500! Had to put the full frame 1911 next to it just to put things into perspective.

The Hornady 300gr rounds are flame throwers. They clock in at 2100fps and are a hoot to shoot. The Underwood 700gr rounds...not so much lol

H&K vp9sk or CZ p10 s?

vp9sk looks to be around 100ish more or 50ish more give or take depending on p10s with slide cut for red dot or not?

I have a P10s and a P07. Love them both. The VP9SK is one hell of a platform, and is extraordinarily different in every way when compared to the 10S. Have you shot them side by side?

Unfortunately not. Hard to find a lot of places that are big into renting right now with everything going on and apparently I need friends with more money and guns lol.

I do have small hands though so even with the different backstraps, it seems as if the vp9sk grip is alot thicker but I could be wrong. Granted the vp9sk mag release style may alleviate that issue of having to rotate my hand over for my thumb to hit the release on standard styles.

Nice Nighthawk. What did you do custom?

Trigger job, long trigger, smoked nitride finish. French bordering, 24k gold front sight, fitted barrel bushing. I will post pics when I get it back.

So my stash has grown a bit lately to the point a shelf in the closet wasn't going to cut it anymore. Don't have the big bucks to drop on a legit safe at the moment, but wanted a better way to organize things and lock them up from my 2 monsters at home.

Grabbed an old empty locker that has been sitting around where I work for years and went to work:

Had a bunch of scrap wood laying around the house, so I picked up some black fabric, started cutting, and made some shelves/finished the interior:

Picked up to of these long gun holders from SecureIt. While maybe a bit overpriced for some plastic pieces, they work awesome and were perfect for what I needed:

Added a l.e.d. light kit that runs on batteries and comes on when the door opens:

Will it stand up to fire for 5 hours? No. Will it keep a really determined person from stealing everything? It's bolted to the floor and wall so it'll take some work, but no.

It will keep curious hands locked out and provided a better way to store and organize my meager collection, so mission accomplished. Pretty happy with how it turned out.
