Pre workouts in general are just over priced stim heavy bullshit to make you "feel" something.

Caffeine is proven to work, drink a pot of coffee, make sure you are fed, and drink some salt water.

all of this^ also another thing people do wrong is take all the beta aline in one serving thinking that tingle they feel is a sign it’s working. Really it should be spread evenly through your day.

Personally I just drink coffee. I do however like to down some fruit and usually mix some dextrose (80-100g of carbs worth) into some water to chug down. I lift early in the morning and time is super limited so this is a quick way to get some carbs in and not fee so depleted lifting.

For me tailoring caloric intake has always yielded better results in the past than any fancy preworkout. That said I used to enjoy 1.5-2 hr gym sessions and now I’m lucky to hit an hour.

They're all CNS's and they all do the same thing and all of them will have to be cycled off from time to time as ur body adapts to it.

I usually go a couple months then take a week or two off. I have tried every single CNS out there and none works any better then the other. Its all advertising BS!

The best protein to get tho is Genepro. (1) tablespoon is worth (30) grams of protein. It can be mixed in anything and doesn't change the taste or the consistency. My cousin is a pro bodybuilder with his Pro card and exclusively uses Genepro as his protein supplement. Its the real deal!

Back when i first started my Personal Training career at Ballys, Ripped Fuel was the shit and hit hard!

It was a very ‘clean’ feeling hit, and it absolutely felt like my brain was taken up a level.

Then, like you said, piglet pitcher downs a quarter bottle and his heart explodes. Game over.

Not sure about that brand, but in general you need to get use to foods and your body becomes more efficient at breaking them down.

Pick any protein powder, stay with the same brand, eat the same amount of it, at the same time of day.

I also forgot, another thing I utilize heavily is a good nootropic. Pop that in the morning and coffee for pre work out and I’m ready.

1 scoop c4 ripped and bcaa mixed in. Drink it while lifting. I eat a rice cake loaded with peanut butter before too.

I never use pre-workouts, just the usual vitamins...At the moment Testosterone weekly, anavar/oxandrolone twice a day. I dropped the nandrolone after seeing my lipid panel :D Outside of that just protein shakes and just make sure I get enough protein, carbs from food.

Yes I’ve taken caber with deca and that resolved prolactin issues. Out of the two I prefer tren. It’s been a while since I’ve dabbled with recreational gear, these days I just stick to my scripted TRT

I am actually prescribed TRT as well. Though I decided to do a little blast and bought some additional compounds. You ever try MENT, trestolone? Its a 19-nor derivative, think supercharged tren. I managed to handle that for about 3-4 wks...
