Guess I'm the odd ball here.

I charge $125 for a handful of clean pulls. Could be 2 if its consistent or could be 12 if its not, it really doesn't matter to me. We used to charge $75 but being that we have an above ground dyno with a 4 post lift we went up since its a job in itself getting it up there and secured.

we wont even entertain dyno pulls for power readings only. there's lot a of potential liability for oil spills (and other leaks), POS cars not working, people wanting to work on their car on the dyno, etc. Not worth the time.

So for anyone in the area, street tuning performance in Wappingers falls ny has a mustang dyno. They have a dyno night on Saturdays, 3 pulls for $100. I have not tried them out but wanted everyone to know. Specially if if people search.

Some of the prices here are crazy.

Typically by me in the Chicago area where there is a shit ton of demand, dyno pulls range from $125-$175 for three pulls with a/f.

One of the shops that worked on my old 14' 5.0 has a state of the art dyno as well and charges half of what some of you are charging for pulls.

Takes 10-15 minutes for set the car up, 5-10 minutes in cool downs between pulls, so maybe an hour, hour and a half for your time? That must mean your shop labor rate for installing parts is over $200 per hour. Sounds "reasonable"

Its $100 an hour! U can get 30 pulls in an hour if ur not tuning it! "The Shop" in Connecticut is where I bring mine. I was on the dyno for almost 6 hours tuning my car remotely. Yep, cost me another $600.

(3) pulls for $250 is laughable!

One local shop is $150 for 2 pulls, or tuning is $500 for the day
