Here are some choices, let’s see what you think is best from a fun and rewarding standpoint, more than practical and fiscal.

location is Rocky Mountains, big city most of the week, but canyons and fun drives weekends. Winter season you have an suv. This is a 2-3 season vehicle with no need to risk it bad weather days. Your finances are fine and you currently have no kids.

I’m 99% set on a manual 2012/13 CTS-V black on black interior, pano roof, recarros, and then mod it tastefully from paint correction, ceramic, change all accents to black chrome, an 11” indash, nguage and breathing/cooling/reliability mods to suspensions, brakes, and chassis bits all geared around stock plus. I also plan to do a nice clutch/flywheel/driveshaft when the time comes.

What would you guys want to drive and what mods or work would you do to the car?

Here/there/some other silly place
14 SS's did not come in manual. But they also do not have to worry about any of the garbage that the mag ride 15-17's have since it is a straight forward FE-3 suspension shock absorber and coil spring set up.

09 GXP G8 was the only 415 HP version the Gt had 361 HP? I know the L99 was around tthere in that set up.

Everyone has a black CTSV, that’s my choice but another color.
If you have no kids, forget the 4-door and enjoy a 2-door. Hell the manual Hellcat fits 4 adults especially if you’re talking young couples going out (pre kid fun). Or a nicely done mag ride S550 (stretch for GT350?)
Seriously tho, enjoy the 2door life if you can.

Of those listed CTS-V. My money E63 or Charger HC, I know they're not manuals but that's what I'd pick.

I’d go for bright silver or dark charcoal gray. Has to have all black interior though.

I’d like to do something fun with the brake calipers like zr1 blue or canary yellow. Even a nice almost blue turquoise similar to gotta have if blue or a deeper blue like grabber blue, something that stands out.

i wanna avoid red calipers, looks great but I’ve had 3 cars with red calipers now.

•seats wise I often have 2-3 passengers.

•if Dodge put a stick in the charger and had a mag shock option, I’d be buying a hellcat.

It's an AMG, it's a Mercedes. You don't want an Mercedes manual.

Just get a G63.

I’d take a stick shift Aston Martin over an auto Aston.

I’d take a manual r35 gtr if it existed over an auto.

it’s not about winning races or so on, I just much prefer driving a 3 pedal car in canyons, and twisty’s. I heel toe downshift 3-4 times for the fun of it if I’m going 45 and the light turns yellow when I’m not in a rush.

in the cobra I’ll clutch kick, drift, power shift and hold a 500ft burnout getting on a 90° freeway on-ramp from a left or right turn ramp.

I can do similar enough and fun enough things in an auto but it’s like having sex with a condom and the chicks mom in the room...
