Its a 4cyl fox for all the guys saying leave it alone... not like it's a 93 Cobra R lol.
Mod it and enjoy it.

Hell I'd mod it too, nice find! I had an '85 SVO Hertz in 4E Dark Sage Green years ago, color was ugly as hell but extremely rare, 1 of 47 4E's and 1 of 10 Hertz 4E's. Liked that car but like you someone offered me way more than I had in it before starting the resto so I gladly gave it up.

I like the car. It's different.

Keep the stock appearance inside and out, but add a mild turbo 4.6 DOHC with a 6R80.

It would make a nice, clean sleeper.

If it were a 5.0 I'd say leave it alone. Since it's a 4 cylinder, I wouldn't think twice about a tasteful coyote or even SBF swap. I'd leave the body and interior alone though.

Or you flip it now if you don't want another project.

I agree but I just don't want to be married to the car after dumping $50k into it.

I should put the factory 14" wheels back on it lol.

Take the $ flip it. Such an original car is worthy of being saved.

I have a hard time turning down cold hard cash to make a profit.

I really wanted a drag car... not sure this is the one to make a drag car.

Am I the only one who chuckled after reading all the comments about how slow it is, yet it's got MT DR's on it? lol

Previous owner did that. kinda funny.

Would love to have a dark sage green coupe parked next to my dark hyland green bullitt

Funny, I just got rid of a Bullitt

Engine isn't turbo, so... Guessing he just tossed on some wheels and tires.

Previous owner just tossed them on, they are the 9" wide 10 hold repo's.

Man I love dark green Mustangs, I wish Ford would make more of them especially a 11-14. That car is so clean I would put it up on Hemmings and see if you can find someone that appreciates it as a time capsule. If you get stuck with it I'd do the 363ci route, TKO600, side exit exhaust, leveled stance with fat rubber on all 4 corners.

Mod the shit out of it motor, trans, suspension. But leave the exterior and interior alone cause they look so clean when it's just simple.

Man, you have car ADD. :)

Well the 85 is "done" and the bullitt was bought done, so I could guess you'll do little on that except for take some offer and sell it in 3-6 months, so that leave this.

I see one of two thing. Someone will PM you an offer here or instagram and it will be sold within the week, or you'll get bored and do a basic 8.8/t5/302/carb setup. I would call that a little boring as I'm an EFI guy but I know you like carbs and likely don't want to deal with the wiring of an EFI swap.

If there’s anyone on this site worthy of taking a minty fox and tearing into it I think we all can agree it’s in the right hands. This car looks ripe for a v8 and some other goodies. Tear into it. Followed you on ig last night for more haha

I do have car ADD lol. not just with the fun cars, with my daily drivers as well.

The 85 is actually undergoing EFI swap so that should be done soon. The Bullitt sold in 5 days, whoops.

As for the notch, I have a few guys sending me messages already on IG but I'm not sure I'm ready to let this one go just yet. You are 100% correct that was the direction I was leaning, simply because I wanted the car to appear as if it was stock from the factory. big air cleaner with the air ducts. 5 speed. nothing crazy. 300 to the tire.

I would agree boring, but at the same time I never get too deep into a car where I can't make any money on them. that's my rule with depreciating assets (minus the red 85, I didn't care on that one). If I went too deep it would be mine forever or id lose money... I don't like losing money.

THIS!! +1
Considering how ALL your other cars turned out...whatever you want to do is good with me!
I'll just sit back and enjoy watching the progress.

Certainly appreciate that guys... Humbled to say the least.

I vote you keep it, do the basic V8 swap and you can later make the profit if you want.
