I would say that depends a little bit on how hard you are leaning on the blower and IAT.

For example, this is my 3V at 19psi. If I turned it up to 30psi at 18,000 blower RPM, tuner would probably bring the afr down.

Could you elaborate on “leaning on the blower”? My IAT was upper 80s if I remember right. Funny thing my car was tuned where your car is on that dyno sheet. Is that shop in WI?

Are you testing your E85 every fill up? If you're tuned for E85 exactly and you run E90 the car will run a little leaner, if you run E80 you will run a little richer.

How close or over max rated blower RPM. IAT2 blower discharge air temp.

Call Danny, the tuner/owner, at DB Performance, straight shooter and he will tell you what is safe and what is not.
