The CGW trigger job will make you throw stock triggers in the trash. I sent my CZ Phantom to CGW and they did their magic and it is an unbelievable difference.

I thought about Cajunizing mine a while back... I’m sure it’s the tits.

I bought the CZ with already being “cajunized” so no idea, and I still don’t have a Gen 5 Glock so there’s that. The factory 365 is better than my G4 19 imho as far as feel but subjective, in terms of operation and trust I still lean Glock.

I hear you. We all have our preferences. I couldn’t really tell much of a difference (if any) on trigger feel 4 vs 5G. I actually like the “mush” on it. Reliability wise, I’ve had really great luck with both 365 and G5. I also prefer the Glock.

I like the stock glock trigger and bought a 28 10mm for duty and had that with me for over 20 years....All I have to do is stand to the left of the next guy at the range and the concussion will move him right out. I have 27, 40-4th gen, and Kahr pm40- gave my 9mm to my brother as he doesn't shoot and I don't like the round. However, ammunition has come a LONG way since my days owning Walther ppk, Browning hi-power& Colt 45. Colt Python pre-1973)

I see major changes to our ability to own firearms...90% of my stuff is up for sale. bushmaster nib m-4 style, IWI Tavor nib, and Kel-Tec .308

send it!!!!!!!!!

Mine phantom is a DA/SA. Before the changes it was roughly 12+lbs/8lbs, after it was 6lbs/3.5lbs and is so much fun to shoot.

While aftermarket triggers can be the balls I’m not sure I would trust them for certain situations. With that said my go to trigger mods for Glocks are the smooth faced trigger and 3.5 connector. After a few hundred rounds the grit disappears and you’re out $30-$40.
Take my opinion with a grain of salt

i was gonna do it, but had a conversation with someone that made me re-evaluate.

You see, nice triggers and upgrades are awesome and everything, but rather be just as efficient with the stock stuff. Many a guys run stock pistols / triggers and decimate.

I guess I tend to air on the “old school”... lol

I put a Zev trigger in my glock but I built it completely by mysrlf.....80 percent to complete gun....If I was spending money, I wanted the ideal gun for me. It took a couple weeks of fiddling with it and my grip style ejects the magazine on accident every few magazines but it works perfect. I would use my H&K before it any day of the week for carry though.

Apex, a buddy of mine has two Glocks with the Apex trigger action. Feels good for a bigger hand like mine. It made his Glocks very fun to shoot.

Having larger hands, I tend to have issues with curved triggers when it comes to accuracy. CZ 75’s are the worst for me. The trigger on my 226 Legion had the perfect profile. If all guns were built with type of profile on a trigger, I would probably own more... Thankfully, they don’t. Lol.

I agree with Klaus, the trigger in a Glock feels like it was dropped in sand and put in a gun. I like a Glock, but when a CANIK has a better trigger than a Glock, it’s hard to spend that kind of money on a gun that we all know is majority profit in comparison to manufacturer cost.

I can’t remember what action I put in my last Glock it’s been so long since I’ve tinkered around with one, but it would be Apex if I had to do one for myself just from my personal experience.

Klaus, why are you jacking around with those plastic guns anyhow? Lol

Thanks. I have an Apex in my 320s and PPQs and like. The latter is hands down best of the plastic guns.

I have a safe full of 1911s but do not shoot them. I thought I would mix it up so picked up a G20, G33 and G17.

I used to run Agency Arms in my Gen 5 19 and 43, they are top quality’ but after my Chief and I took the Glock armorers course, the instructor was big on non glock triggers being the devil, my Chief says any weapon we intend to carry off duty has to have a stock trigger.

That’s actually new school, back in the day we all ran hair triggers in our revolvers.

For a carry glock I always went factory parts, clean and polish 3.5 pound connector, polish the safety plunger and if your willing to ensure function and change springs now and then, remove 2-3 coils off the factory striker spring.

Note-Always used Glock brand springs after trying all the gimmicks, recommend Federal ammo, they have the softest primers.

Trigger stuff is over rated, practice practice practice....no shortcuts

CMC drop in, run them in work guns and personal.....I shoot a lot and each trigger is slightly different some are flat faced, some are curved they both feel different in the hand. Probably hit up a good gun store and get one in your hand and go from there. it’s like car stuff everyone has their own opinion. But for around 150 bucks there is not much bang for your buck that’s better than a drop in trigger, take up, slack, and reset are all shortened which results in faster follow up shots.
