Is this a credit card or a debit card? Either way, you should have some sort of protection if this is a visa, mastercard or has another major credit card company's logo. I would be kicking and screaming in the lobby of said bank. F that, this is exactly what these banks/lenders are supposed to be protecting the card holder from....fraud/theft. WTF
They cover their own asses when you use paypal and as soon as they see you sent it as a gift, they hold on to that till the end to not have to pay.

It will take the wind from a car builds sail for sure, and can make a project car just feel sour when it should bring great happiness.
