I wish they would've ran the base on Cup 2s, with a full weight reduction, a Whipple and built engine.

Yeah yeah lol. I can't stand to see some of the cars on track tires and some on summer tires and then everybody arguing after...majority of them not understanding there's a couple seconds just in tire change alone. And the base is the attainable car. Fully get we are into the it's not stock argument at that point though. To me, it's more functional as that's what the guy with a base and track time would likely do first
