I went to the rock n roll hall of fame a couple years ago. They had a pinball exhibit. It was pretty cool and all the machines were free to play. Pinball is great to play. I enjoyed the Kiss pinball machine....

Here is link to a story about the exhibit. They also make mention of a guy who services the machines. Might come in handy if anyone is in need of an expert.

I have a Star Trek The Next Generation pinball. I picked it up in Feb of last year. It's never been in a pizza parlor or arcade, home use only. Looking for a nice Whitewater.

My advice is to get a highly rated one, as they typically are more fun to play.

the fireball has a rubber disc spinning in the middle of the deck, when the ball crosses it you don't know where it will go. It will also release several balls into play at one time and that will keep you busy. great machine
the bingo machines did not have flippers you shook the machine gently to move the ball where you needed it to go. they were gambling machines. they ones I played would go up to 899 games that you could cash in for 5 cents a game or 10 cents on the dime machines. When I was a kid in southern Illinois they were all over the place, pool rooms, diners gas stations.

do NOT have one shipped. 90% it will get damaged. Very fragile, and glass. Plus has to be packed with a **** ton of cardboard and bubble wrap. So if you want one, find it locally.

When I was a kid, my dad managed a roller skating rink. We were there all the time and of course I loved the pinball machines. This was the late 60's so everything was electro-mechanical. I still love the sound they make and how the reels count. I guess I'm heading back to my childhood.

I hope you're wrong about shipping. Haven't been able to find much here locally. I did find a guy on a site called pinside.com that does nothing but ship machines around the country. Problem is, during the winter, he only works the southern part of the country.

**** Inslee, NO MORE MASKS!

Neat find! So, how many of these pinball machines do you have? Two? More?

I'm sure they're a ton of fun!

that's cool, never played pinbot but that's one of the characters in Taxi.

Need to get the board fixed yet again, forget the right name for them but there's 3 roud bumpers/poppers in a triangle pattern up to toward the top and one of won't pop anymore... funny how one little thing like that completely throws off the game play

Nice Pinbot machine! That's a fun table. For anyone in the New England area, Manchester, VT has a pinball arcade called Pastime Pinball that has over 60 tables, it's awesome! The owners take great care of the machines as well.

Took my son a few weeks ago to the Pinball Hall of Fame here in Vegas. It is so much better than the old location on Tropicana. Even if the parking lot is full, there is plenty of room inside and tons of machines. All of the machines take quarters...its a trip!
