No, he calling for anti-doxing."So you're calling for the censoring of the censorship thread because you like the guy being asked?" ~Devil's Advocate
Like said above, he won't respond to this thread and shouldn't if he likes his job
"Nothing makes me question ALL of my life decisions like SVTP."
Posts and likes are not mine.

Nope.
I could care less about his politics.
He drives the living **** out of cars that most people never take out of their garages and shares it with us. That makes him a car guy’s car guy and puts him solidly in my cool book.
The only thing I want know is has he ever met Hamilton, Schumacher, Vettel or Alonzo? These are the things I need to know.
Thank you for popping in here, Teynor, and for that explanation. I know 1000% more about you now than I did after reading your post, and I've read tons of your posts over the years. Anyway, onward!!!!!Correct, I work in operations. Need to decrease latency between Charlotte and Austin? I'm your guy. Getting intermittent errors accessing the home page? My phone's already ringing. And so on.
The OP's question seems to be about policy. I'm so far removed from policy that, like the rest of you, I typically learn about developments in the news. And that's doubly true of decisions made at other companies - AWS's Jassy is not calling to get my opinion about jack.
Added bonus: because I'm a senior manager, pretty much anything I say or do will be tied to my employer, even if it's just my own private action or opinion. Notice how all those car news articles start with "GOOGLE EXECUTIVE BEN TREYNOR races his Ford GT around..."? Yeah. So generally if you want my opinion on something unrelated to cars you're not going to get it, because there's no way for it to just be my opinion, it's always going to be represented as my employer's opinion. It's unfortunate, but it is also reality.
Anyway, onward.
We have allowed and enabled our government to grow to the point that the control us. We have allowed tech companies to use business and business law to help restrict our 1st Amendment rights. No American should be silenced, ever.
...and you're not silenced. You can walk around downtown asking people if they have a moment to learn about our savior, all you want. You can call or email your elected officials. You are free to write a book on any topic you wish.
You can't walk into Target with a shirt that reads **** YOU without being asked to leave. Their business, their rules. They are not stealing your freedom of speech. You can wear that while taking a hike in the woods or walking your dog all you want. Now, can then ask you to leave for wearing a Trump shirt? Sure, that's their call. They risk upsetting all Trump supports and risk losing business. That's their call. Wanting to be successful, they thus wouldn't make that call. However, some local biker bar could kick you out for a Biden shirt, not risk losing any business over it, and they are free to make that call. When you interact with a business, they can set rules. It's really that simple.

It has become a platform for speech. When a big tech company can influence an election by silencing one party or the other so they cannot be heard, our rights are being violated.
I don't feel "one party" is being silenced. Does Fox News exist? OAN? Maybe the hundreds of lesser known heavily right leaning sites?
What they are silencing is threats of violence. There was a big push to go to parler 1-2 months ago. Maybe late October I think? Anyway, there were several FB groups created, focused on this move. I don't even remember the names, but I joined two, each with like 50K+ members adding several thousand each day. I legit saw posts of people asking "Who's ready to take back your freedom in November? There were replies of people's ARs with captions "I got my freedom get'er right here" There were questions like "how can we retake this country?" and replies of "if we all offed a couple democrats daily, it wouldn't take long." There was a reply of "that's what will get this group removed, stupid jokes like that" and dude replied with a pic of 3 guns on a table and asked "you think I'm joking?"
One admin posted that FB sent him like 83 warnings in 1 day about user content. He posted the screenshots. He asked users not to make threats. It's not like 1 gun pic and the group was deleted. It was like a week long of the admin getting warnings hourly about user posts, and then yes the group was deleted.
Sorry, that's not censoring conservatives.

This is a photo being used by antifa and BLM groups on Facebook. It’s allowed, keeps popping up on Twitter as well. No one has yet to be banned.
