Think I'm going to switch over to E85, mainly for safeguards.

Basically, just running bolt-ons with 2.4 Upper pulley, 65mm Throttle Body, JLT Intake, Long Tube Headers and Off Road H Pipe, Dual BAPs.

Thats as far as I'm going on Mods, not porting the Blower or going Bigger, No Cams either.

I've got FIC 1000cc Injectors, those should flow enough for under 800hp? Tuner said it should be fine.

Just wanted to see if anyone on here has used that size of Injectors running E85?

Thoughts?

I think you are alright.

Personally, ~750 whp would be my limit with stock guts.

I will be switching this spring to E85 .... was under the impression boosted cars see 75+ .... especially if you pulley down in anticipation of it being able to handle more boost?

Thanks everyone and yes, thats my goal.

I'm not sure but what type of hp gains do you see switching from 93 octane to E85? 50hp realistic?

I am not sure that you will see much in gains without pullying down. I do not think you are fuel limited with your current set up. I guess you can throw more timing at it but that will not get you much. The additional power of E comes from the ability to run more boost.

E85 is extremely knock resistant meaning you can either add timing or boost or both assuming you have enough injector.

OP, Just your change to e85, all else being equal, should net 25-35hp from the added timing you’ll be able to run alone without adding boost.

Depends on your tuner, I can tell you right now if you use Lund they will only do a E85 tune if you have ID1300s and a KB 20 volt BAP.

If you use, BJ McCarty from Venomous Tuning he will tune your car on E85 with ID1050X injectors or possibly with the FIC 1000s and you'll still need a 20 volt BAP.

I can't speak for VMP or PBD and what they want for E85.

Its a local tuner and tune it on the dyno. Already have the BAPs as well.
