Just picked up a Mach 1 with 03 Terminator engine. Getting familiar with the car....seller stated both Boost Gauges went out the same time, figuring maybe the sensor? Where is that located?

There's no sensor. If he did it like stock there's a junction behind the glove box. Otherwise check the vacuum lines going to the engine.
Ya for both to fail, it’s gotta be on the engine side of where he Td off.
But as mentioned, a good midpoint to check is behind the glove box. There’s a junction back there
