Here is the statement by Robinhood:
“We continuously monitor the markets and make changes where necessary. In light of recent volatility, we are restricting transactions for certain securities to position closing only, including $AMC, $BB, $BBBY, $EXPR, $GME, $KOSS, $NAKD and $NOK. We also raised margin requirements for certain securities.”
They are legitimately trying to **** us.. and being 100% open about it

Robinhood just stated they’ve completely locked stocks . You cannot buy them only sell right now for those big ones
Bought in NAKD and sold 5 minutes later with a $1250 profit, lmao. Was up $5000 and the damn mail lady came to the front door before I could watch it fall. Original investment of $25,000.
Yup sold American Airlines at 29.45 % profile and now they don’t support any stocks being pushed by Reddit

Time to stop using robinhood
Did $40,000 this time on NAKD and got a stupid conference call with business partners so I sold it in two minutes this time for a $1700 profit.
GME and AMC are tanking. Not sure if I should pull out or no.
