ok boomer

I guess you didn't get the memo that "Ok Boomer" was played out 1/2 way through 2020.

Side Note: Your future response will be "Ok Boomer". Thought I would save you the trouble. I know how hard it is for you to come up with clever responses.

Don’t get yourself all triggered over it. Just suck on my fumes bro.

I run catless ARH headers.

Every single automaker is going to have EV cars whether you like it or not. They have to meet stringent emission standards or pay a significant penalty. Better get that high performance car you want now because it sure as hell won't be made in the future.

One benefit of electric car drag races is you can have perfect launches and the cops won't know you are racing! I know gas cars have more personality but it is quite impressive / sad how easily the Tesla cars are beating almost everyone in drag races. Now with their Plaid + they are going to run low 9s on the street! I recently watched a Bugatti Veyron manage a 9.9 second in the 1/4 mile and meanwhile the Tesla Plaid + will blow it's doors off!

How long until we see Tesla swaps into fox bodies and other cars lmao!

Ford, GM have to go EV so they can keep up with Tesla's 1/4 and 0-60 times ;)

Do those of you who are anti-EV have gas powered washing machines? Gas powered drills? Gas powered toothbrushes? I mean, think of the "soul" you're missing out on. I mean, for sure drive a Model T so you can experience hand cranking the engine. What kind of wuss uses a starter? Plus you can manually control the spark advance. Only a soulless slug drives a car with centrifugal or computerized spark advance...
I live a 100% steampunk life.

lol their commercials are very cringe.

Agreed. Almost comes off as whiney because people don't want to swallow there EVs. They're trying way to hard to shit on older people. You know, the generation that has the money to buy there cars.

Useless millennials as a whole certainly don't have money. Maybe they should STFU and let the products speak for themselves?

I wonder how many anti-EV folks might change their minds if the EV went 0-60 in under 3 seconds. My analogy would be if I was a regular gas-powered GoKart driver on a large track and swore I'd only drive gas powered GoKarts. And then one day I'm offered a ride in an electric GoKart that was twice as quick/fast as my gas powered GoKart. I'd probably convert to the electric GoKart because of the superior performance. I don't know, though. We're just going to have to see how it pans out. I really do believe that just like a lot of diehard manual transmission guys have been sold on the new GT-500's DCT, a lot of diehard gas powered car owners will be sold on upcoming EVs. Especially when the EVs are coupes with superior power, designs, engineering, and interiors. We'll see.

The power grid is already heavily taxed in arable output.
These EV's take silly power to completely charge for your 500 mile max driving range .
We have massive hydroelectric supply in Oregon .
Green new deal freaks , are already trying to tear them out .
I can still top off my tank 8n 10 minutes , and drive another 500 miles to the next station.
What is the time period to charge at the present for the same ?

This is my burn on gas cars, they suck on the highway. I drive from one Texas city to another then I need to go look for a charger to get anywhere.
