After years of being ****ed with, this guy finally snapped and popped a cap in some dummies assholes.
Did they deserve it? Yes and no....they pushed and pushed and when looking down the barrel of a gun. The bitch said “do it” with her phone out like that is gonna stop anything. The husband was a bitch for writing checks his ass couldn’t cash. Don’t start shit and there wont be shit.

I stay strapped everywhere i go @Corbic and Im betting you do too in Arizona. No judgment on my part. Im glad that you are exercising your 2nd amendment right and will tell anyone who says shit about it to **** off.

After watching this again, I'm more confused.

If this was a movie, it would honestly be hysterical.

As am I.

Who's Jenny? Who's yelling "Oh My God" as I originally thought it was the wife but it is clear she either lost part of her jaw, has a mouth full of blood, teeth and/or other bone, has a lung or throat gunshot from her wheezing and heavy breathing and how she said "you f-er", etc.., Why did the male walk to the husband rather than the wife and talk about asking a stupid question. Are you ok? One doesn't need to be a M.D. to know she isn't.

Edit: I wonder if the first shot hit her in the torso and hit a lung or if it was the volley after she fell.

Yes and not really.

I carry when I ride because people can be sketchy, crazy and your ass is exposed. Can't carry to the office or most diners, and contrary to common belief, violating a "no gun" sign doesn't mean you just get kicked out - you can face serious legal problems depending on the state.

I literally have a loaded 357 hanging in arms reach in my home office. I need to get a Hellcat, I'm sure I'd be more inclined to carry that over my XD Pro Comp - which I traded my XD single stack for, since, as mentioned, I carry while riding. I figure the extra in-gun ammo is worth it (get knocked down and wearing a helmet I expect Storm Trooper accuracy) and It does fit better in my hand.

I don't carry to go get the Amazon packages, take out the garbage or rake stones.

But then again, I've never feuded with neighbors. I'm the guy that would offer to give a hand shoveling snow, not scream obscenities.

If I "needed" to shovel snow on my neighbor's yard, because there is no where else to put it, I'd have knocked on their door and asked if it was cool - you know, like a confident man.I might offer him $20 bucks for the seasonal inconvenience.

If I did it without asking and he said something, I'd be apologetic and respect his input and then ignore him when his car won't start 3 months from now.

What I saw in that video was a bunch of white trash loser nobodies needing to act tough because of how pathetic their lives are.

I keep odd hours so Im out typically when its late and dark. Which is prime time to get robbed. I typically avoid anywhere I cant carry, but if its inavoidable then I bring along one of my other friends.

Ive had shithead neighbors that I wanted to shoot. One was a convicted sex offender that I threatened to beat with a shovel. My current neighbors dont know me from he apostle Paul.

yeah visibility out of a helmet is trash and if you hit the ground then it’s gonna be real tough. I still haven’t figured out how Im gonna accomplish carrying whenever i can get me a new bike (2022 Busa praying).

Honestly the most vulnerable you’re gonna be is opening that door to get a package. Not anything to bumrush you and knock you off your feet. Yes Im paranoid, 14yrs in corrections hearing what they did and how they did it made me paranoid as hell of everything and everyone

Where the hell did you go to law school!???

1. In video, couple was the aggressors. The started and engaged in the conflict.

1a. For a clean "self defense" case you can't be the aggressor.

2. Husband throw a snow scraper at the neighbor. This could be construed as battery or assault with a deadly weapon (metal shovel, could kill you).

3. When the neighbor drew, the couple should have retreated. Instead, they upped the aggression and taunting and continued to approach.

3a. The neighbor could have argued at this point he was forced to fire. He was being approached by two angry people threatening to beat his ass and expressing they had no fear of him shooting. Had he not fired he could have been disarmed and killed with his own weapon.

3b. Had the couple then drawn down, they will be asked why are they advancing and had he shot after they also drawn he'd argue he drew because they advanced at him with shovels yelling they're going to beat his pussy ass and when they drew he had to defend himself with lethal force.

4. This is the exact reason states have all sorts of wonky self defense laws - people go out of their way to put themselves in danger then cry self defense when they use force to dig themselves out. You need to have self agency. If you need to carry because "its a rough part of town" or "well things might get crazy"..... Should you really be going there or do that?

5. For all my hard core CCWs here, do you actually carry when you shovel snow or mow your yard?

#5: Yes and everywhere else for that matter; occupational hazard.

Rand Paul should have packed...when he got attacked by his libtard neighbor. He sustained serious bodily injury.

I guess he did because he was being actively murdered, what's your point?

You're allowed to meet force with appropriate force. So yes one of them could have killed him after he started firing. A good lawyer would have would have gotten them a reduced sentence.

You're allowed to call people ****ing pussies and say you will beat their ass. Again, the other party is not allowed to kill you for it, especially in this case when the video just showed posturing and not a real threat. Settling a possible fist fight with a gun makes you a straight pussy.

Apparently you are 100% wrong because The video proved different. Nothing was gonna stop him.

shooter was a pussy and the couple was a bunch of douches. Unfortunately we don’t shoot every douche we see because that opinion varies.

I do however agree, don’t want to see things go south for yourself don’t run your mouth unless you’re prepared to face the consequences. People are so complacent these days, no idea why but they forget that when angry others don’t often use rational judgment. Maybe it’s that I have a family now but I always look for ways to deescalate as my thoughts are if I’m to engage with someone in a hostile manor it is now a life or death scenario to me. I ask myself, am I willing to die for this, or am I willing to go to jail if I kill this person. So far it’s always been no so I just try and laugh off the petty shit.

Didn't look like a pussy in that video and i bet you would have not called him a pussy like those 2 dumbasses did.

I'm just about the same. I live in a decent area but the homeless problem and the drug problem is so bad that the homeless keep getting forced south out of Seattle through the valley and they have finally started showing up here. I carry to the dumpster which is out near a big field and trail by the river where the homeless camp out. I often find them at the dumpster or hanging out near it so I never go without my carry. When my ex lived with me, we would have to take the dog out to the field late at night and there was one instance where this one homeless guy started following us through the field. I told my ex to get the dog and start heading back and I pulled my gun and followed her while keeping eyes on this guy who was about 50 yards away and appeared to be trying to close the gap on us. The guy technically hadn't done anything wrong, but it scared the shit out of my girlfriend at the time and I didn't exactly have a great gut feeling about it either. It was around that time also that two homeless people had gotten in a fight on that trail and one of them stabbed the other to death so there is plenty of reason to be concerned and stay strapped.

I live in a nice area and never had any problems with anyone around, but we’ve had people sneak in and cause problems before. Ive just gotten to the point that everyone is suspect and dont turn your back on any

Yep. You have to profile everyone and read every situation that could go south at some point. It's definitely being paranoid to most people but it eventually becomes natural and you just do it subconsciously. I'm sure you probably remember as well as all of the other military members here how much they drill situational awareness into you from the very beginning. You think you know what it is until the harsh reality drops squarely on your head and you realize you have no idea what the **** is going on around you lol.

I spent 5 years as a Correctional Officer and did not realize until later in life how much it had changed me, and not for the better. Thank God I got out when I did.

Walking up to two unarmed and obviously untrained individuals and shooting them multiple times constitutes him being anything but a pussy? LOL

We all could say what we would or wouldn’t have done, though I’m sure I wouldn’t land myself in a life threatening situation over some petty shit with a neighbor. You won’t change my mind that only some low life grabs a gun and kills two people for mouthing off at him.

Would you have preferred he got into his truck, slammed it into reverse and pinned them between cars and then came out and smashed their skulls with a bat? Would that put him on a higher level of manliness ?
Because that's what would've happened if the gun wasn't in the equation. And those two idiots would've stood there thinking their cloak of stupidity would save them once again.

Or should he have just went inside and accepted their behavior?

Following some of the logic in this thread some of you think he should have challenged him to a duel of fisticuffs. So Karen Mc****y could video him assaulting her husband and use it in the trial against him which would surely end in a coviction and jail time plus a loss of rights and civil judgements.

I get it, you're appalled by the video as most of us are, and the shooter is by no means a vigilantly hero. But we either choose to live in a civil society and respect one another or we end up with situations like this.

The shooter was a Navy vet, a member of the reserves, and engineer who seemed to live a clean peaceable lifestyle. But he was bullied into a situation where he snapped and took out, from what I'm reading on other forums, 2 trashy neighbors.

At what point would you snap?
