Sometimes also referred to as Lower Grille Delete. Roush part # 421393.
It appears that Roush has discontinued this item and I'm late to the party. Also seems the vendor supply has dried up too? Several websites still list it but don't actually have inventory, I've bought & been refunded from 3 already, so if you have or know of one available I'm interested.

Any luck? I've been searching and call as well and nothing.

Also trufiber sells a lower grille insert. I don't t think you have to hack up the bumper as much as the roush kit but you still need to cut open the grille center mesh.

No luck finding one yet, but I've caused a few vendors to remove their listings!
As for hacking up the bumper... That's the reason I want it, wide open unrestricted airflow.
Not sure the trufiber insert is a solid enough installation for road course duty, velcro and double backed tape. I'm afraid that at 140mph that thing will be fluttering or fly off. The Roush kit has a sturdy reinforcement for the lower part of the opening and support rods

Yeah this is going to be a tough find. Mainly because it requires permanent modification to the bumper and I would venture to guess most people aren't just going to take off the part and sell it after all that cutting. Hopefully something pops up though. And yeah the tru fiber part doesn't have some of the reinforcement hard ware that the roush kit has which is why I am hesitant to go with the trufiber, I'd assume as long as its mounted properly and no wind gets under it it should be OK. That 3m double sided tape is no joke. But with my upgraded heat exchanger some of the parts that come with it are useless which makes the price tag of the roush hard to swallow. Many people run with out it with no issues though. Good luck on your find.
