HOLY FOOK MAN! so bad ass

Boner alert, watch your eyes!

SUPER COOL CAR......GREAT JOB BUILDING IT!!

Really cool! I would love to see it in person.

Thanks guys. Lots of work and hundreds of hours but the end result is definitely worthy of just opening the garage door, staring for a while, then closing it and going back inside. I can't wait to drive it.

Uh yea. Probably has a power to weight ratio of less than 2:1, where the ACR is closer to 6:1.
Crazy package for the price point if you’re not looking for creature comforts of a normal road car. If I remember correctly this is what, a sub 200k all in build?

Yes, for sure.

I looked into building a Superlite SL-C with an LS7...almost too much power for the weight.

I'm shooting for a 1:1 power to weight ratio on the Ultima. I'm guessing it will be around 1000hp (hopefully) with all the mods to the LT5 and it running E85. That Viper is a TT car pushing around 1150hp to the wheels so it's no slouch either. We'll run them once the Ultima is tuned/registered/etc.

Maybe 1:1 if you're talking kilograms.

Great quote.

But, there is such thing as too much power haha

Geez that’s wild! Looking awesome, I would be surprised if you threw a phone book on the floor and went for a drive

I definitely will in the neighborhood. I don't even need a phone book, either. I can sit on the floor, reach the pedals, and see over the dash. It's tiny.

Awesome pic with the Viper.
What’s the ETA on the completion?

Thanks! It will be 99.9% complete (less seats) by tomorrow meaning it will run and drive, but I still need to tidy up some wires, etc.

Recaro just posted a photo of the seats I ordered on their instagram and replied to someone's comment saying they are still locked down and not producing them at the moment. Sucks!

Tough times call for tough decisions: Install set of cheap throw aways ala Corbeau or something else in the mean time.

lol
