For the last few months my wife has been making these Hello Fresh meals. Now for the most part my wife doesn’t cook, I do. So understandably I am loving life at the moment. To be honest I have not had a meal I didn’t love. I do love some more than others. Pretty interesting idea to send all the ingredients and instructions to make a particular meal. Currently making Miso Chili Chicken & Lemongrass Rice with roasted green beans. :)

Any good? Never tried that brand. I've been liking Screamin' Sicilian of late. Loads of pepperoni.

NICE! I'll have to look for that one since I'm half Sicilian. lol

The Freschetta was pretty good. I had the pepperoni pizza. It was more on the thicker side of pizza. I liked it, but I'm going to try some others out as well.

Oh yeah, I injected it with apple cider vinegar the night before and poured apple juice in the foil pack when I wrapped it at 160*. I’m using apple pellets.
Instead of the injection, make this and mix it in as you pull it. I do all mine this way, now.

And if you haven't found MeatChurch, its a great resource.

My Jamaican neighbors came over, asked what she was cooking. Her husband who's my buddy said we wouldn't like it. Me, bring me some when it's done. Well, ****, red beans, rice and corned beef. Fricking killer good.
