I would think the the durability of the electric car at that power level would be significantly better. Although who knows maybe the battery packs won't hold up.

Park both for 10 years. Then race them. Let’s see which one still moves under its own power. Spoiler alert - not the throw away electric junk. Who on earth would buy such a stupid thing!?!

But can you sip on a ice cold mocha latte while racing the gas version.

I know which one I would take

I have no comment, unless of course this is satire...which I am hoping it HAS to be.

You keep touting your EV if that’s what makes you warm and toasty. The future of the EV is going to be very bumpy once it hits the reality of electric grid limitations and the huge expense of battery replacement.

It’s reality bud. There will be no such thing as a “classic” adult power wheels. These are throw away machines for our throw away culture.... you know, green.

got ya...so 10 year old fuel, oil and fluids and all will be well? The battery on the ICE vehicle will fire the car right up? Your hypotheticals are so far off it's painful. You really think your 10 year prediction is even remotely accurate? The next vette will be electric, the next mustang...electric...how many car companies have announced electric cars as their future?

throw away machines? so the gen 1 tesla roadster is a throw a way machine or highly sought after? Not only that but there is a gen 1 tesla roadster orbiting the earth...smiling down on you as your type your nonsense.

agreed, but this is also assuming that they havent figured it out yet and we just don't know the details. If someone told us Elon would have a car running 9.2@150 on street tires a few years ago we all would have laughed as well. Lot's of people are working on the EV network and with time I think we will see all these possible limitations become a thing of the past.
