Guys , have someone same issue as me?

My driver's side mirror is shaking when i listen to music on medium Volume. Slightly also on highway without music.

Have changed to new mirror motor mount (broke old one when dismounting the mirror glass) , new mirror glass (broke one clip from old mirror glass), put some sound deadening behind the mirror glass and inside the mirror house. Already have sound deadening in the doors.

Been better , but still shaking. Annoys me.

Review and passenger side mirror are rock solid , can blast music volume to max and no shaking.

Is there something else I can try?

Check the pinch welds around your outer door skin and make sure none are broken and make sure your door seals and window seals are good.

No pic but the pinch welds are those small welds that go around the outer door skin. You can visible see them when you open your door. There around the outer lip around the entire door. You have a NVH problem coming from somewhere if it also happens when you drive the car. Its not the music somewhere on that side of the vehicle something is out spec. A local dealership could do a NVH test on the car to find the problem. (NVH) Noise Vibration Harshness test

There is NO such a pinch weld between door outer panel to door inner panel due to class-1 surface requirement. All door assembly between outer and inner panels are HEM joint. The only spot welds on a door assembly are between the door inner panel and all the reinforcements like hinge reinforcements, latch reinforcement, mirror reinforcement, etc.

None at all. I can play music as loud as i want......no vibration. I can also pull hard WOT on my 1000hp snake and no vibration on no mirrors. As poisonous west said there are support brakets inside the door that are welded You could have some issue going on inside the door with welds. Pull you door panel off make sure your window is up and check your supports around the mirror. If your getting more vibration only when your driving the car its not your mirror, you got another issue going on with NVH. If its that bothersome get a NVH test done at dealership to find your vibration issue.

never paid attention. I will PM you the next time I take my car out.
ok, thanks

Last day i removed the whole mirror and put some sound deadening. did maybe help just slightly. And used rubber washers for the 3 bolts.

I think there is just no way to remove the vibration 100%. I couldn't even stop the vibration with my hand against mirror glass while listening to music loud.

I've never noticed the mirrors vibrating , but I don't think I would even be able to tell. My whole car shutters and vibrates uncontrollably and starts turning sideways when I floor it in second gear, especially when someone is trying to race my up from a light. Maybe a set of new 345 MT drag radials in the rear will help with MY vibration issue hahaha.

All joking aside, the fit and finish on these cars isn't the greatest. It's give and take. For the benefits of some aluminum body panels and horsepower, you get cheap plastic pieces and cheap clips. Remember, these cars were only about $45,000 new. They're popular because they're so easily modified for improved performance, but you would literally have to rebuild the car from suspension up. For more of a luxury feel, you're going to pay $100,000 or more.

My 08' driver side mirror shakes all the time lol, I think it's normal if you're bumping some heavy bass music. Even my Impala did the same before I gutted and replaced the stock sound system.

Sound deadening your doors may help also.

I have the same issue......lol View attachment 1714119

I've always loved Crescendo but could never get my hands on any of their gear. What's your setup consist of? Is it in a mustang?

Na, I run a simpler set-up in the Mustang. JL1000 to a single Sundown Audio 500 rms 12", JL mids, JL mid amp and AC LC7i. My 18 F150 is or was getting these amps, two 12" Sundown Audio Zv5's, custom box, 45 lithium, Hertz mids, AC LC7i, 370 Mechman, Big 3. I might be trading this truck in on something more exciting so the install is on hold. But I have an SFB3k on one of the 12" Zv5's and it bangs pretty good. Have a Titan8+ lithium that helps the 3K out.
