First car was a 1986 Svo, so I have a soft spot for those cars. But after that I had and raced my Fox V8's with my current car being a 01 Bullitt.
I was excited back when they first brought the 2.3T back In the stang.
Now I'm 40, and I'm tired of working on my own cars. More so, I don't have the time or the patience anymore lol.
Also I'm just ready for a car I can just have fun driving without worring about it.
So here I am now looking at a 2020 Ecoboost high performance with the 10 speed.
Why they didn't name it the SVO, they missed on that one.

So I ask those that have the HPP with the 10 speed in particular

What are the Pros and cons?

I personally hate then fender badges,
I'll be taking them off and putting Svo on it lol.

Ive actually been interested in the 2020/2021 HPP with the 10 speed auto. Price point without incentives is terrible. Its too close to the 5.0 at that point i would just go that route.

Id like to drive one to get an honest an fair opinion for myself. Ive driven a 2017 2.3 with the 6speed auto and it was ok. But i think with the 350tq and 3.55 with the 10-speed it's gonna be a night and day difference.

I had a ecoboost Mustang convertable as a rental when I drove to pickup my GT350R. Power is ok, the exhaust sound was garbage. Not sure if the HPP has a better exhaust note..... Are you sure you want the auto?

The HPP cars come with a valved exhaust. You also hear the turbo any time you're off idle. I like mine, it has a much wider powerband and a flatter torque curve than any standard EcoBoost Mustang I've ever driven. It's nice to have the GT's suspension and brakes with ~200 lbs. less up front.
