I almost missed commenting on that mod. It's very subtle, but nice. I like that it matches the body paint.
Thanks. I had the front bumper painted so had extra paint. I was going to do them in mystichrome but it’s too small of an area. Valve covers will get painted in Mystichrome

You'll have to post pics of the Mystichrome painted valve covers.

I can see in that photo they're close, color wise. Good looking GT-500, sir.

I'm not a fan of promoting "driving distractions", but my wife wanted to try a Cupfone w/extension in her Explorer Sport. It rocked in the cup holder, extension was unstable, etc., so it got returned.

She likes this option #2 from ProClip. The material, overall design seem pretty stout, and it keeps her eyes near the top of the dash. We'll see how her iPhone performs with hot/cold air blowing on it.

BTW: I hate the dash screens with a passion. Like a few on here, I miss simple buttons/knobs and would gladly pay $200/vehicle for their return.

I'm the same way, in my cobra, i put my phone face down on my pass seat.

i got the magnetic one for the vent for the exp sport. still dont look at it, but didnt want it on the seat or in the center console. i have it on the right side center vent, with the vent closed, so no air blows on it, whether it be hot or cold.

Bought this one a couple of months ago and it is by far the best phone holder I've ever had in a car. Wireless charger, it grips the phone with (electronic) automatic arms, very stable. Able to keep phone up above steering wheel close to the pillar on windshield. Would recommend to anyone.

I'll come back and edit with a photo of my own eventually

Does the Explorer not have car play?

So why not just use that?

1) She operates her vehicle how she wants. I do not intervene.
2) The two dealerships that sold us that Ex and my Mustang were ****ing terrible at explaining how it works.
3) I've deleted the ford app off my phone.
4) That screen sucks... a lot.
I hate it. It's an accident creator. Gimme buttons & knobs.
