Don’t all schools have CCTV these days? I’d there not a way for local LEO’s to tap into that and be able to “see” where a shooter is?

I heard an earlier news report that the school district has 4 RSO's, despite having 8 schools.Resource officer was not on campus and they won't tell us why. So much fail in this one, its hard too believe.
