If this is the way police are going to act, by all means defund these guys and hire some that will do their job. 100 of them standing around and they are not doing Jack Shit about an active shooter. They are pretty happy to write speeding tickets and such as long as it’s safe to do so. These guys have no balls, they should all be fired and thier right to possess a firearm taken away, they obviously are too afraid to use one for its intend purpose.

Watch the video. LEO made several mis steps in this one and there needs to be some accountability.
Doesn't mean all LEO are bad. It means we all are, and should be, accountable when we fall short.

LEO changed their operation to "barricaded suspect" from "active shooter" which is why they failed to engage the shooter immediately even though there were no less than 19 officers in the hallway just minutes after the shooter made entry.
They admit this was a mistake (a huge one).
Im sure many people will be losing their jobs--as they should.
I wonder if he even had I.C. experience/training, or was the designated I.C. simply because of his title/position.
I agree 100% Most Leo’s are brave honourable people that would not hesitate to put their life in the line to save others and I applaud them.
