This is sourced from FB. Google seems to corroborate the story.

Incredible if he is the guy who killed the shooter, and they should rename the school in his honor.

No he ran in and got his kids and ran out. I have no idea where you pulled he shot the shooter from because that's not the case and the clip doesn't even say that. I guess if you're a cop you get to save your kids but if you're not - your shit out of luck.

Those border patrol guys are the heros of this situation.

I hope whoever was in charge fries in hell for eternity. This wasn’t a mistake or an error in judgement this was dereliction of duty.

He makes a lot of great points but he is a bit biased as he is VERY pro police. There is some key points that he is missing, such as the 911 calls happening and pleading for help from would be victims, indicating that this was indeed an active shooter situation still, as well as the director of the TX DPS, acknowledging that serious errors were made.

Im not saying he is wrong on everything, I like Tatum, I do think he got a little carried away with emotion because of the nature of the crime.

I do agree that there was a few heroes, but also think that plenty others were cowards. All in all their operation was a disgrace.

Do you think the union and officers will ball up and condemn such cowardice and impotence? Do you think any negative consequences will be felt?

@solaryelllow not much chance of anything happening to any of these cowards with the exception of possibly the top guy or maybe a couple of the top guys

Sadly, this will not get the press it so wholeheartedly deserves.

Can you blame them?

IMO it is too late for fellow officers to condemn such cowardly inaction. That should have been done days ago but look what was done. Disinformation was spread by those people and then the truth started coming out.

Many faults can be fixed but being a coward is not one of them. That will stay with them forever until they die or until they can't cope with the cowardice any longer.

I'll admit when I'm wrong. The more information that comes out the more it looks like giving the police the benefit of the doubt was ill advised. What a cluster **** of a police department

Its all good bro, no wrong or right here… there is no ”winning” this is all so very ****ed….. i just hope that weak little mother****er is being flayed, chopped and burned for eternity, in hell.
