5-30 oil... What are you guy's using

I've been using Amsoil SS 5-30 for about 15years now w/ ford racing 820 filter...

What are you guy's running?

That's a fine oil. I like to pick up my stuff locally. Rotella T6 5w30 and Mobil 1 are good choices that can be found at WM. Their house brand (along with Costco since it's basically the same staff) full synthetic is cheap and a good choice if running shorter OCI (like in an EcoBoost).

I run Amsoil in all of vehicles.

Amsoil for high horsepower Mustang, sxs and my wife's long oci Lexus. WM oil for my 5k oci dd. T6 for my diesel.

Royal purple in the FoST, motorcraft filter

Mobil1 (3 vehicles, snowblower, lawnmower) and Motorcraft oil filters in everything.

Red Line in the Cobra, and Amazon full synthetic in everything else.

5/20 Castrol gtx, bottle stp oil treatment ,820 filter

Blower has Mobil 1

5w30 penzoil ultra platinum.

Amsoil Signature Series Synthetic is my goto.

I tend to use 0W-XX, rather than 5W-XX.

Driven 5w-50

Mainly use Motorcraft 5w-20 synthetic

Mobil 1 in all 3 vehicles. Snowblower, generator etc

I'd just used 10w30 GTX and call it a day. Took a 4.0 I-6 to 200,000 miles on that stuff and the engine was perfectly clean inside.

Yeah most of the cars my parents had over the years had over 200k eventually. He was the GM of the garage at a Ford dealership for many years, and he used to swear by the STP oil treatment. Literally I gave him a case of it every year for Christmas for the family fleet. All we had was Fords. Ever. Some real cool ones too.
I myself, don't use STP stuff though.

I'm just past double those miles ,I remember 200k I was worried ,,now I'm just amazed

In the regular cars/truck I use 5-30 Q-State Ultimate Durability. From the factory the F-250 6.8 V-10 calls for 5-20, the Focus calls for 5-20 and the Suburban calls for 0-20. They all get 5-30
The race car gets the Driven XP-5 20-50 semi synthetic.

I live in the south. I'm at the point where basically everything I own gets 15w40.
