i have alot of doubt.. i have never seen a zx10 make 200HP at the wheel.. not even ricky gadsons did, he was at 191HP. My point is that that magic 200HP number is VERY hard to come by... naturally aspirated, becuase the thing only makes 80 foot pounds of torque,... not much.
Chris the owner of Moore Mafia has a 2019 ZX10RR and made over 200hp to the tire with a slip on, and tune. Unsure if the RR is different than the ZX10 or not. Unfamiliar with the bikes, however he’s it only did make 82 torque.

no bro... 191 was the most ive ever seem on a HIGH reading moore mafia dyno... always using STD or uncorrected numbers... with a moore mafia ECU flash/ an an exhaust it made 191HP and 78 foot pounds of toirque. that 191HP.... was std... it would probably be 184ish in SAE. im just trying to get GOOD info out there... ive never seen 200. they make 160-170 stock at the wheel....., an RR. everyone on planet earth taking delivery of a brand new zx10rr makes 160-170HP at the wheel.... after the ECU flash and an exhaust... sometimes they get into the 180's at the wheel. moore mafia and brocks publishes the bigger dyno numbers... they also sell a service.

Carpenter Racing can put any liter bike over 200 wheel N/A.
You should see what they can do with a Triumph Rocket!
right... but carpenter is well known for his top knotch cylinder head work.... and a fabulous engine builder. STPI and SRW is even better. SRW built the motor in the bike that went in the 5's in the 1/4 mile.... grudge bike... melania.

Somebody get this guy a tuned H2 with limiter removed. That would be a crazy video. All the manufacturers detune the crap out of bikes these days.

You mean THIS ONE........................ did new wheels/brakes/ lightweight stuff. and electrical system and a simple wego to log data. Made 393 on pump gas at a light 18 pounds... almost 450 on 20 pounds and pump gas. And as u know.. well over 600HP on c16View attachment 1770639
Ha awesome glad to see! Badass bro...... Nothing accelerates like that thing does. U line up against any H2's yet and send them home shaking their head? lol

Still the baddest bike around I bet.

This was the video I found where he makes it. I’m not there, and I don’t tune. So I don’t know what his numbers are corrected or not.

no words...... its brutal and scary when it tries to do a moonshot. Im still doing stuff... new wheels/brembo gp4rx calipers/ brembo master cyl/ aI did a whole ignition system and 720CCA battery with more amp hours/ dynatek coils/ lithium regulator/ new unit 5 triple trees/ workin on having a carbon fiber complete tank made. The biggest issue was that the bike would pull down those lightweight racing batteries and starve the bike for voltage... the battery and coils/ new ignition system rectified that. was a long road with the small stuff causing havoc. i found out that those light racing batteries are LESS than stock amp hours and when the bike starting pulling alot of current, the battery wouldnt be able to maintain voltage.... and weird shit happened. removed the hids/ removed the 2step/ removed ALOT of stuff drawing current and beefed up the electrical system. Its able to make 250 mile trips now..... finally.

Thrilled to hear what u have done with her. A LOT of money went into building that and to this day I think its one of the baddest street bikes around period!

Why new wheels tho? The wheels that were on were lightweight and badass plus they had ceremic bearings in them.

that front CZ wheel was manufactured wrong and had no "drop" or relief in the center of the wheel itself, so the tire could never relax... it was always stretched out and 3 different tires suffered the same fate/ tire tore a little and the tire lost the ability to seal on the rim... The company Carrazzeria doesnt exist anymore... CORE MOTO bought them, so no help from them... anyhow, i ended up finding and buying the exact same wheel(this new wheel was manufactured correctly obviously), and sent the rear and front out to be re-powdercoated together. You did an amazing job on the hard parts on the build though... it simply is breathtaking. You are correct... this HAS TO be the NICEST streetbike anywhere. the quality of parts alone is stunning. great job Brett! Its done to a standard that is AMAZING. This was a full-on prostreet motor/tranny that you builtl..... OHHH... i also put a robinsons output shaft support plate on there to compliment the HD output shaft. My newest purchase was a full triple trees setup from UNIT5.. saves another 5 pounds. sorry for the rant...... There has to be a years salary into this bike by now. I love this bike... nothing else like it. Im sorry we got off on the wrong foot alll those years ago.... I freaked out and i shouldnt have... but i REALLY thought the worst at that time. again.. great job. Im still making small changes/ i might even go full carbon fiber 5 gallon tank(which is in the process of creation right now because a 5 gallon dont exist for sale it has to be custom made.... and FULL fairings.... thats the end goal. I do little stuff to it here and there, but its tough to improve this bike... i never saw anything like it. Ill never sell it. I have one guy that keeps messaging me at least twice a year asking about it.

A friend of mine has a H2. He's in his 60s, can't bend his right leg and has to add an extra peg to every bike he owns to rest his right leg on. He wraps the peg in pipe insulation.

Let me tell you!! this dude rips on this H2 hard! It's tuned with exhaust. Why does a H2 need to go faster!?

Freaking awesome bro totally psyched what u have done with her I put a LOT of money and time into that beast really glad ur enjoying it u must get a lot of compliments on her.

Thats crazy about them Carrazzeria wheels cause they werent cheap. Yea bro that HEAD has all the best components in it and was $6k smh.

It also has ceremic bearing throught the entire motor. Didnt cut any corners that thing shud last forever literally! Loving the CF gas tank! Post up some pics when she is done. Lol I hear ya there isnt really much more u can do to improve upon it lol

cnc comp did the big valve head right? when i had it retuned/electrical gremlins rectified it made 393HP on 18 pounds.... BUT i also notice that on ALL dyno his its STILL making HP at 11000RPMS(where redline is set)..... part of me wants to bump up the rpms 1000 and see if the power drops off. stockish motors stop making power at around 9000rpms... so the headwork definately changed things. I definatley take GOOD care of it.. i pay 120 a month to keep the bike in heated storage year round in NY... deep inside a warehouse. They would need a helicopter to steal it.

Wait a sec….Dan and Gnbrett know each other off the forum?

And here I thought you were the same person all along.

What a coincidence.

I bought the bike off of him.... He does amazing builds. ill say that. 1000 percent. I dont even know what projects he has going... but ill bet he has a NICELY done almost 2000 HP machine somehwere... or workin on it. Seeing the standard that the bike was done to, ill bet the car/cars he does are the same. Just to be clear by what i mean by NICE.... This bike is a 600HP bike, but he had stuff done that isnt even needed for 600HP. Uusually, at the TOP levels of prostreet, wheen shooting for over 700HP, they do big valve heads/ turbo cams/ heavy port work. He had alllll that stuff done on this build. He even sent the crank out to be lightened and balanced and be worked.. used ceramic bearings.... he used the absolute BEST turbo kit available, and even upgraded the turbo in the BEST most expensive turbo kit available for a hayabusa.. its an RCC super ultra intercooled turbo kit with an upgraded GTX40r turbo. At the time.. that turbo was the best. nowadays the newest garrett G series stuff is catching my eye though... we shall see. Its a twin scroll header, and fitment becomes a real headache at a certain point/ to hide these turbos under the fairings and have proper clearance. Im speaking with Scott Davis(Mr. RCC fabricator) about it, a possible turbo swap and see if we can make over 700. Hard to justify just because i dont use the bike enough or get to any LSR events with it. BUTT.. very few streetbikes in the country made 700HP. that would be cool. It really is a special bike. ONLY the bikes at the top levels of prostreet racing have comparable builds, but obviously those bikes are stripped down/ hacked up and slammed to an extreme/ and usually dont even run intercoolers anymore/ they run methanol and usually remove the whole damn cooling system. those bikes are six figure builds. This bike he built is without a doubt the CLEANEST/ nicest streetbike i have ever seen and full on prostreet level running gear. I pumped well over 10K into it just doing little odds and ends/ upgrading brakes/ fine tuning stuff. Big HP motorcycles are FINIKY because they dont have a big selection of huge high output alternators/and huge AMP HOUR batteries to feed a huge fuel pump and necessary electrical accesories. But i got it 100 percent figured out finally. A beefed up charging system is surprisingly important/ strong voltage absolutely necessary the harder u push the bike. A drag bike/ prostreet bike will be able to make a single pass with minimal charging system upgrades/ but a streetbike absolutelt NEEDS to have strong voltage/current allll the time to function. This bike would suck the life out of a stock hayabusa battery in a matter of a couple hours just street riding. lightweight racing batteries didnt work either... they had LESS ass than the stock battery. I got a 300 dollar 12 amp hour battery in it now... 720CCA/dynatek coils/new pigtail harness/upgraded stator/reg. all wiring is new. Bike no longer pulls down the battery! perfect.

One thing to note bud is if u put the GT40 back on (Well, there is a newer version) but even the original GT40 that Richard at RCC sells will put down 450 whp at 18 lbs.

I switched out that Turbo for the GT40r and it made considerably less power at the same boost level but I couldnt just swap the standard GT40 back on it cause the manifold was now different to fit the new 40r BUT...... it will make far more on C16 turned up.

So thats something to consider. Actually the new G-series Turbos from Garrett is what I would be looking at. Im sure one fits right up and will spool up dam near instantly and make 500 whp on 93 octane.

But shit 400 whp is no joke tho lol. Just something to consider......

thanks for this... i contacted scott davis about a G series 900 turbo... and he was looking into what had to be changed/ what the dimensions are and how everything lines up. I would want to send him most of this kit and he would fab it up to fit. He has a mock up bike in the shop... he is in canada... He is really the only one i want doing it/ tinkering.
