That was a common issue with the white paint on most Fords of that era. Not necessarily a bad thing.
Im sure the engine is fine. Just do all the fluids, brakes etc and other maintenance items (filters).

I went from the MM/Koni SA setup (350F /550R), to KW V3. Best move I made. Car rides/handles a lot better.
The KW V3 puts the rear spring back in the stock location (as does the BC Coilovers), I find the rear suspension articulates...
The 95 R driveshaft is probably longer due to FORD using the Tremec 3550 transmission, as I do recall Steeda selling a driveshaft spacer for those that swapped out their T5 in favor of the 3550.
How much would you want for that driveshaft you have?
