That would be nice, sometimes I crave loud, most of the time I want quiet. Years ago I had a 4th Gen Fbody with a Borla and it had a tunable exhaust. One tail pipe bypassed the muffler and had a 3 bolt flange. It allowed you to put different restrictor plates in the exhaust which would force...
I'm not sure if Borla made a touring setup for SRA cars but you could see if someone wanted to trade you a touring setup for the stingers. If its like the IRS cars the tail pipes are the same only the front section is different so you wouldn't have to swap/ship the entire catback.
I've grown tired of my steeda catback and decided to switch it up and grabbed a used Magnaflow. Originally I was going to just install it last weekend as is because it was only slightly brown, then I had the dumb idea of hitting it with a sander and 220 grit. The stainless immediately cleaned up...
He did and was running the 2.9 crusher for awhile. I think after breaking a handful of caged lowers and just dealing with the nightmare that is a Whipple/crusher he went 2.3l. He posted about the difference before.
Malcolmv8 went from a 2.9 to 2.3 tvs. I remember him describing it as night and day difference at low/midrange hit. He's still running the 2.3l and as much as I try to talk him into doing something more, he's happy with his 2.3l.
To me the Terminator will follow the 68.5-70 cobra jet cars. Similar production numbers both cars considered new levels of performance for Ford.
I think the terminator will get more love though because it really is a game changer car. The one thing about terminators though is it seems like...
I have one I bought that I'm not sure I'm going to use. It sits in the basement on a shelf......let me think about it. It would probably be pretty expensive as I paid a lot for it a year or so ago.
I agree I'd be a little down if I only made 849rwhp at close to 30psi on a stock motor. With cams and that boost level id want to be shooting for 1k rwhp.
Yes I'm in Newton.
Ive had a few big irons in the fire the last couple years so I haven't been too involved in mine lately.
I've decided recently I want to change catbacks so I thought about reaching out to the locals to see if they have anything. There use to be an ict terminator page on...
You decided not to do the headers, why not?
As for the OP you might look into model adhesives. They have glues to apply adhesive to decals. I think that's what I'm going to try on my car because the door decal is coming off, really pisses me off to because the car only has 16k miles.
I bought...
One of the benefits of self tuning is I flash a valet tune if I'm ever having any work done. Pretty much only work I have done is alignment which requires a test drive. The Rpm is kept under 3k rpm and a ton of timing is pulled.
I bought my car from the original owner with 7400 miles on it and it was always garaged. It got 4xxx miles on it the first year the remaining 3000 miles over the next 9years so it was babied and covered.
Its always been garaged while I had it but it started to yellow pretty quickly after I got...
