NASCAR went to shit decades ago. It used to be fun to watch when the CARS were the stars. When they rule booked the cars to death and started focusing on the whiny drivers it went to s**t.
Lol. Actually diesel turbos do pretty well on the old 2.3 SOHC. They are made to spool quickly due to the low RPM nature of a diesel. I know a lot of guys used to throw diesel Holsets on the 2.3.
Why do those corporate guys try to be all cool and dress up, do their hair, etc. so they can be "bad ass"? They just come off douchey. Like that dude at the 2024 Mustang reveal.
Is this going to be like the original Demon and they publish one hero run that nobody can every reproduce stock to get clicks and press? Don't get me wrong I give Dodge props for making the thing, but I have a feeling not many people will be able to reproduce those times. Still, it should be a...
The swivel one we have in the CX-5 is a Graco and the one in the Ranger is a Graco. Believe it or not, but the Ranger still has a couple of notches until the front passenger seat is all the way up. It is an extended cab (two small suicide doors) and not the full 4-door.
They are obscenely huge. In our CX-5 we went to one that swivels out and remarkably that fits better than others we have seen. I am 6'1" and I can sit in the front passenger seat and my knees are close to the glove box door, but do not touch.
The new GT is beautiful is a much better performer than people realize, but the 05/06 has the looks and nostalgia. Plus, it is the king of the flying mile. The aerodynamic profile coupled with the powertrain that offers room to build and it is killer.
Agreed. My wife is in love with the VW iD Buzz (a resurrected VW bus that is electric) that has yet to come here and is looking to be as expensive as a Model Y Performance with less than half the HP. I told her if she wants electric it better be fast and that is the final word. I am trying to...
Maybe I should just swap a Godzilla into the Ranger (wish someone had a kit)? Or better yet my wife's old 2000 Jeep Cherokee Limited that I am fixing up? Talk about a sleeper.
I like that thought process. Finance rates kinda suck right now though. I have 0% on the Ranger (got it during the lockdowns), but it is valuing a few thousand over what I owe. Of course, getting them to give you that would be a fight. Just wish the rates were better. Not sure I want...
My Ranger is a scab and the seat fits fine, but no way anyone can ride in the passenger front seat. The rear swinging back doors do make loading the kid easy though. Even my wife's CX-5 is tight, but it is better than most. They make the damn seats so big now that when they are rear facing...
