My question is will the Saleen style hood with heat extractors clear the intake? Specifically, I'm looking at the TruFiber A70 SLN. I was trying to shy away from using the '00R hood if I could so as not to be a poser yet still have something functional.

Fair point. I was one of the suckers that bought an OE one a few years back for $200. Also a good point.

T56 26-spline mating up to my 5.8 "R". Mostly street and strip use. Highly doubt it will ever see much other than a 1320 a few times. Shooting for 500hp/450tq. Any suggestions for clutch, flywheel, etc? Posted in the R section to limit the "what a stupid question" or "call your tuner" or any...
