I'm replacing my stock struts with the Bilsteins. Will I need a new nut for the top of the Bilstein struts or am I able to reuse the stock strut nut? Also, can I toss out the rubber bushing or do I need to keep that? Will I need an alignment done after swapping out the struts?

I've been getting poor gas mileage. I average about 170-180 miles per tank. Any ideas on how to improve it? I hardly ever take it above 3k rpms, use shell premium gas, tires are inflated properly etc. You'd think I'd be getting better than 170-180 miles per tank! Any ideas?
