While I agree with you on the diet thing it has nothing to do with Juvenile Diabetes at all. Type 1 (Juvenile Diabetes) and Type 2 affect people similarly but only Type 2 can be cured with diet and exercise. Type 1 is an autoimmune disorder.

It starts at 2pm and goes until 8pm. So really only need to take off a half day. The cost is $175 which is fairly cheap for a track day...I'm guessing that's why its held on a weekday because the track rental is cheaper.

Overall my portfolio is down about $330 or about 3.5% during this dip. I don't feel bad at all about that. If it picks up again I think I'll be ok. I think around 40% of my portfolio is in XRP, TRX and ADA. Hopefully those will take off again once this dip is over.
