My fear is the blower but I can't pinpoint exactly where it's coming from as it acts up when it wants to. I replaced the stock idlers with billetflows a little over a year ago and none of them are loose. Blower has never been removed or pullied. Has anyone had or heard of this issue? Engine noise

Drove it to work today. Fresh oil change, transmission fluid and fuel filter. Also finally installed the afco heat exchanger and reisch t stat after having them collect dust for years.

+1 on this. Had to replace my flowmasters recently cause the chamber internals were falling apart after 10 years. Got stingers and paired them with my Mac o/r h like you did and hated it. Thought it sounded like absolute garbage. Went with Basanni catted x and has a great tone. Not to loud when...

+1 on this. I've had my car lowered for years with only H&R springs, all top isos removed and it scrapes almost everything no matter what but going in at an angle helps. If nothing else I would get CC plates as soon as you can cause without the plates my cars alignment couldn't be adjusted any...
