Another vote for the Toyo R888 305/35/18. It is what I'm running on a 10.5" tire, and the fit is perfect. If you haven't yet, roll the fenders. It might not be necessary, depending on how high it sits in the rear, but I'd rather roll them and not worry about cutting into a new tire.

I'd check to see if the tires are balanced, and maybe even check the rims. It sounds like it is something going on with one of your tires and/or rims. I've looked at getting some equipment to do my own alignments. I'm curious to see what you bought.
