Like other have said, datalog and send to your tuner.. Something that is a factor is elevation...I notice your in montana...not sure where but if your at high elevation, thinner air less boost=less power. I noticed it when I moved from sea level to an area of around 3000ft.. I lost about 1.5-2...
You can't adjust the slave cylinder... its self adjusts.. so it could of just took a dump... if it's the travel, you may be able to play with spacing it out but at that point I'd replace it and the clutch because you have the trans out... you just need to go with all new stuff
If your brake fluid looks dark and you've never changed it.. it's probably not working to efficiently..... the shifting on my trans was getting notchy and hard to shift..especially 1-2 shifts.. I got a new clutch and since I was at it i sent my MT82 to Ben Calimer to get built... and he said...
Yeah stock clutch is no good if your beating on it...you need a new clutch and if your there do slave cylinder and trans fluid... what I did as well was remove the clutch line from the break resovour and put it in it's own resovour with some good high temp break fluid.. and I change it out every...

I run 305 35 20 Mickey Thompson's on a 20x10.5 +45 with no rubbing lowered on steeda ultralites . It's flush.. you have a little more offset so you may be fine
What I did was park at an incline facing up.. fill as much as possible.. run the engine un till it takes it and keep filling as it purges.. parking on incline let's air travel up and purge out... just another option
It's not a difficult install.... just take your time and route the lines nice and secure. Find a good place for the regulator... Most tend to put it on the driver side strut tower in the little pocket between the firewall. As far as wireing.. I ran mine on the passenger side under the carpet all...

You can mount the regulator on driver side strut tower. The wires.. The two big red go to battery. The relays will be in trunk spare tire well. Relays will have a ground and trigger wire. There is an existing ground(I think) for the fuel pump controller thing(don't remember the name). The...
