Brand new one huh. Geez. Guess I need to pick up a stock throttle body and swap out electronics just to check it off the list.

I did all of the same things. Checked vacuum lines, pulled TB and cleaned, adjusted CAI, cleaned MAF, changed plugs, reloaded tunes, changed O2s, changed both temp sensors and prolly some other stuff. No stock tb to swap out either. I'd change it if I knew that was the issue though. Hope...
Thanks for posting. I found that information too. My car is just sitting at the moment. Bad weather and really cold. I told my tuner it was no rush because I don't drive the car unless it's dry out. It's really frustrating that it went 2 years working fine and suddenly it's turned to...
So if the tolerances are a little off, cold weather will exacerbate the issue? Tuner is looking into it so hopefully it'll get resolved soon. I have a track day Feb 10th I am trying to make. Thanks for the response.

Bills the man and I would never say it was his tune. I talked with him a bit and sent him the log. He told me not to buy a throttle body just yet. Gonna chip away at it starting with the torque Source 11 then go from there. I'm hoping it gets resolved soon.

So what was causing your Failsafe? This torque Source 11 in the log seems to show something throttle body related whether it's tune or mechanical.

Just logged the car sitting still with some revs to try and Failsafe it without moving. And I made it happen. Logs look Greek except one thing that stands out. Torque Source says 11 when it failsafed and stayed there. Does it mean anything?

First thing he said was throttle body. I spoke to vmp and they said they had only had 1 other instance of a failure and it was from water under hood. Mine has never been in the rain. Guess that would be my luck though.

My car has been through the ringer. Tuned in Connecticut a few years ago. Brought to Louisiana Failsafing off and on with a Kenne be. Swapped to the tvs in Jan 2 years ago and had tuner send a file. Loaded it and revised it all in cold weather. There has literally been nothing performance...
Every vacuum line has been replaced and I couldn't locate a vacuum leak. I was wondering if the cold weather created a situation that threw the tune outside a torque limit.

I've also read that the U0300 code could mean that the strategy is wrong with my tune. Don't know why that would come up after 2 years though. I'm grasping at everything I guess

The melted wires were going to the CHT sensor at the back of the passenger cylinder head. Could the MAF be going bad and giving weird signal to he computer when it's cold? I tried to crank the car and it would start but then die...did that several times immediately following the last Failsafe...
I replaced the battery immediately after it failsafed the first time in October. Changed o2s, spark plugs and cleaned MAF sensor. Ran good for 2 weeks (weather warmed up). Cooled off and Failsafed again, changed both temp sensors, tightened some loose ground wires, changed some melted wires...
I'm not monitoring AFR, prolly should be with an aftermarket wideband. I guess going lean could happen except there's no loss in pressure in the logs, no lean codes either. These codes are not triggering a check engine light. These are pending codes seen on the Torque app. Having failsafed...
Starting is one thing but once it gets going e85 shouldn't be the issue. Log shows constant pressure. Thanks for the response

Vmp twin 67 tb. 22lbs boost and e85. Never missed a beat for 2 years, 6k miles ish, now it's cold and it's a messing up.

I've unhooked them several times during the course of trying to fix this but not added Stabilant...will try anything though.

I've captured it in datalogs and can't seem to see an issue. I'd replace the alternator tomorrow if that would fix it. The no check engine light is driving me nuts. Thanks for the responses. Yes PaxtonShelby I agree, thank you...will make someone else a nice fixer upper soon if I cant get...
After 2 years of running great the Weather got cold and instead of car running better it runs worse. Full throttle it FailSafes at top of whatever gear I go full throttle in. Seems like It happens when I let off the throttle. No hard codes or check engine lights. Torque App shows...
I don't use 6th unless going over 70 and it's to cruise only. I try to never lug the engine. Rpm stays over 2k most of the time.

Hope the video worked. I listed the mods in the video but that's not coming up.
