Polishing/cleaning up ABs - what do you use?

P21s Polishing soap or Optimum Metal Polish work really well. If you want to pick something up from the local auto store, Mother's Mag & Aluminum polish or Blue Magic metal polish work well too.

Paint protection...What is the best option?

Yeah it sucks how much bird bombs mess up finishes, but the cost to replace ppf would be substantially more than repolish or compound one spot and recoat. I do wonder how the newer self-healing ppfs would hold up to bird crap etchings. I do really like the ppf I have on my wife's car which is...

Paint protection...What is the best option?

Yikes. Good thing you had ceramic coating on to act as a sacrificial layer

    Wheel cleaners

If you're looking for a pretty decent OTC wheel cleaner, Griot's Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner is pretty good and available at some auto stores. Spray on, give it a little dwelling time then agitate and rinse off. Don't let it dry in the sun, though.

Paint protection...What is the best option?

It's highly possible that it didn't reach the clear, and you just need to either compound or polish the area and reapply the ceramic coating.

    So you want Brembo brakes

Exactly. Additionally, I bought two separate sets actually hopeful that I would see some kind of chips, grind marks, or any kind of wear that would indicate they were remans. I found no such thing and returned them on two separate occasions.

    So you want Brembo brakes

I definitely saw the word remanufactured and thought the same thing and was trying to convince myself the same. But if they were remanned, would they go through all the trouble to shave off the fomoco emblems and all? It's been debated in this thread thoroughly, so I'm just giving my two cents...

    So you want Brembo brakes

Since this thread had been revived, just remember that these are probably not real brembos. Before when they were in high demand they were real reams, but that isn't the case anymore. I purchased from both AutoZone and advanced Auto parts and they didn't have the fomoco stamp on them. While I...

To those that have painted calipers

Yeah, I would probably clear them over the decals too. Were you able to cover the front brembos and rear brakes with one can?

It has the brembo part number on that link but it seems different. How confusing lol Sent from my LG-H901 using Tapatalk

    So you want Brembo brakes

I also found this through summit racing to save a little on shipping. The part number looks correct, but it says it's two piston? Is this the right part? https://m.summitracing.com/parts/mof-brcf109 Sent from my LG-H901 using Tapatalk

    So you want Brembo brakes

When I bought mine, they included the pins, caliper brackets, banjo bolts and washers; however, I have decided to go with the ones from Ford and will be ordering them from Autonation White Bear. Looks like they have the better price compared to Tasca, but I think all of the hardware needs to be...

To those that have painted calipers

That looks awesome. Was it a custom yellow from G2 that you used or just the regular one they sell?

Trufiber LG136 Carbon Fiber Chin Spoiler Question

Thanks all. Everything lines up pretty well, just not the lower shield. When I have some time i'll look into it and possibly trimming or buying the GT CS/boss deflector shield.

Trufiber LG136 Carbon Fiber Chin Spoiler Question

I got this chin spoiler (https://trufiber.com/shop/mustang-carbon-fiber-chin-spoiler-2/) from another member here and finally tried to do the install this weekend; however, it doesn't look like the stock lower deflector/shield works with it. I'm pretty sure it's the same mold as the boss 302...
