Maybe my original post wasn't that clear. I am the Jason that you have in your data base. I bought the car 8/15 from Ron in PA with 32K miles on it and have owned it since.
My understanding is that the car was originally sold in NJ new to Don A. It was then sold to Ron in PA with around...
My car is 95R # 172. Do you know more about it than the info I got? The previous owner did post on her a few times. I'd be curious if you have more info on it.
My story:
I always had a love for mustangs. My dad had a '67 Fastback while I was in high school that he let me drive from time to time. I bought a '87 GT convertible in college as my first mustang. (That car was stolen while visiting my college GF at her school) I then bought a '94 GT that I...
Very cool stuff.
My dad owned a sign business for over 30 years. I spend many a summers in high school and college making things like this. Also had access to yards and yards of free vinyl wrap to do projects. Although I regret that racing stripe I added to my 1989 Ford Probe LX in high...
I have a 3 car garage at my house so my R stays in one bay. My daily in the second and my wife's daily in the third. Luckily it's fairly deep so I can fit my zero turn mower and snow blower in front of our daily drivers as well as a large cabinet for storage.
We have room on our property to...
I'm actually in the opposite camp on this one. I usually don't like visual only mods but I think these look GREAT! Very tasteful and makes the car look like it just came off the racetrack.
That's what makes the car hobby so much fun. Personal preference is all that matters. Kinda like...
Here's my $.02.
I think that a true wrapper car (under 1k miles) should sell somewhere in the high $20's to low $30's. Drivers between 1k-10k miles with no stories and relatively stock should be mid $20's.
My car is higher mileage with some mods that can be returned to stock fairly...
The guy I bought my car from (previous member on here) told me that he took it from his home in PA to the Carolina's (I don't remember which one) a couple of different times. He had family there and drove it down for vacation.
I personally have only done the 250 mile ride from PA to CT the day...
No aftermarket alarm. Can't think of anything else that would be draining it. I haven't had a chance to get to the dealer and replace the battery yet. Hopefully I can get there tomorrow or Thursday and will know more then.
Thanks
Thanks guys. I'm going to go to the local dealer and have them replace the battery. Like I said it's less than a year old. I'll see how that goes and then if it dies again I'll buy a new trickle charger.
If those aren't the problem then I will have to start back at square 1.
Thanks again.
Hey Guys,
I have 95 R that doesn't get much seat time. I replaced the battery in the fall of 2016 with a Motorcraft. (didn't have the original battery when I bought the car) I have a trickle charger hooked to the battery when I'm not driving the car.
Last night I was going to go to a local...
Sounds a lot like my car Brian. I have about 31k miles on it with basically the same mods. I too have all of the stock parts to put it back to original.
I have a 95R that I bought in August of 2015. The car came from PA with a bunch of engine mods. I have all of the stock parts to return it to original if need be. It has about 31,000 miles on it currently. I've only put on about 500 miles since I purchased it. Don't plan on tracking it. I...
Hi Guys,
Just wanted to give a quick introduction. I bought 1995 Cobra R #172 about a month and a half ago :rolling:. Haven't really put too many miles on yet but i'm enjoying the car!
I had one quick question about wheel spacers as a search didn't bring up much. I want the rear wheels to...
