I've got the entire vin, I still have all the certificates from SVT, window sticker, and all the sales literature. I know the cities it was registered in up until the early 2000's and it was still in VA. I guess a paid service is the next option.

Prince George and Chesterfield are the nicer areas. I would stay away from downtown Petersburg. Old town is nice to party/dinner, but a lot of the city is rough. Not to mention the city is bankrupt. Colonial heights is decent too. There's a ton of rental houses all behind Southpark mall.
