Ford Tuning: Load with failed MAF table(s) « Moates Support
Good info here too. specifically a caveat about turbo cars. looks like you can't ever get it totally right since your load is heavily based on boost and not just rpm.
lwfm is Just a bad way of tuning so you gotta do what you can...
doesn't The lasota book not go into detail on this? if I did get SCT I would be buying the book. too.
check this link out seems to cover exactly what you are experiencing

that's good interesting data and I am still curious on your results but I am leaning more towards megasquirt / holley for my future tuning goals that way I don't need to learn all these Ford secrets.
great work

great info, I appreciate you being the trailblazer on this. I want to clean up my own tune but will greedily wait for you to fix and document everything!

I'm not sure they have a choice they were sued. here was my recent conversation with SCT.
I'm still not sure if the software works

hey I'm in the same situation I have the tuner already and thinking about getting the software but I'm concerned with the emissions control settings. I guess SCT was sued. my car has no EGR or rear O2 sensors. I'm not sure if the software will work anymore. keep us updated thanks.

thanks for following up. I used newer GT parts too. however I still needed to bend the manifold pretty good to get everything lined up. Guess you had more success.
either way my AC works! thanks for all the effort.

try sliding the steering shaft where it meets the firewall. you might have another degree of freedom you aren't taking advantage of.
I believe there is 2 sliding joints and it allows for various angles.

I have pacesetter longtubes. they were$250 and make every bit of horsepower the 2k set does. I'd recommend you spend your money elsewhere. I can swap my transmission with The headers fully installed. t45/ 3650.
full disclosure I had to bash the driver side tube to clearance my steering...
did you have to machine the ats calipers or pads? what's the installation like?
drill oversized holes and install insert?
thanks!

please follow up on how your alignment goes. I find without a ton of caster dialed in mustangs handle terrible. your current plates don't seem to have adjustment. might have to figure something out.

that pump access panel should of been factory! I'm going to do the same thing.
what did you use as a seal between the metal?

plenty of people in the import and LS world decap injectors and get 50% flow. I've never seen it mentioned before on mustang forums.
it impacts spray pattern but seems reliable enough for boosted guys.

for what it's worth I had similar issue and it was the pump. however it's just as likely anything electrical upstream. do some diagnosis

stay lucky man! i paid a good bit more than you and mine spun rod bearings pretty soon after buying.
now I have a junk yard motor swap ...

just so you know other options exist.
I have the Feal coilovers on front and rear of my 99 irs cobra. no issues on the track with my setup. drives fine on the street too, adjustable damper. 8k front, 10k rear springs.
rear setup is true coilover configuration

not worth it on a 4v. makes serving the engine twice as hard or more if you don't have tubular k member. go with more boost.
