    I just finished installing a maximim motorsports panhard bar in my 1998 mustang cobra. Just in case anyone wants to know. A slp loudmouth catback will clear a maximum motorsports panhard bar on a 1998 mustang cobra. But just barely. The car handles much better now.

    How long have you been running your car like that? I did the same thing but one day I was ripping around and it got hot enough to blow a hole through the dime. I have bassani headers so maybe that had something to do with it. I ended up welding a slug over the hole.

    I wouldn't recommend that. Thats exactly what I did the first time. 6 months later it blew a hole right through the coin. Thats when I decided to weld the nuts shut. I haven't had any problems since.

    I deleted both egr and secondary air injection. As far as I know all of the 96-98 cobras had both. The air pump is behind the front fender in the wheel well on the passenger side.

    I cant speak for the 5.0 but I deleted egr and secondary air injection on my 98 cobra when I swapped to c heads. I had both shut off in the tune and have had no problems. Runs and idles great. But I also kept the pcv system.

    How much power am I making?

    I have a 1998 cobra with a c head swap. Mine made 305 rwhp and 302 ft lbs of torque. Thats with mid length headers and 98 cobra cams but no under drive pulleys.

    98 cobra cuts out and bogs at wot?? Bad fuel pump? What fuel psi at wot?

    My cobra would randomly cut out at wot. I replaced the crank and cam sensor. I haven't had a problem since. Maybe theres a way for you to test yours.
