ok so flat tops, intake valve reliefs mill heads .040" short runner 1 3/4" headers Cams 106400s im assuming this cams require new springs and retainers?

so what cams do you suggest? properly stock degree cams? dang wanted to keep the ease of install that shorties provide, oh well thanks long tubes it is.
