The 555's I have are the street tire, I do not have the 555r (radial.) These tires are close to the warning bar which explains why they don't want to hook up. Even full tread though, I don't think the regular 555's would do the job. Maybe the 555r

Looks great! How are you liking the tires so far? Do they hook up well in first? I make about 460/480 to the wheels and want something to keep me in a straight line better than my 555's do. Also, have you driven them in wet weather?

I have been considering the R88R's. How do yours perform in wet weather? The only time I drive in rain is accidental, I only drive the car in good weather, but sometimes here in Memphis you never know when the sky is about to beat down on you.
