So far i was able to figure out the select shift issue, my shifter linkage needed adjutment, now one of my biggest issues is a misfire on start up it keeps throwing a code p0016, i did do a relearn on the crank no luck, i already got the tuner to send me a tune to start logging so i know thats...

Im not sure what it could be

When I do move shifter to S mode it throws a wrench light. On the cluster it shows like it wants show a gear but it’s just a blank line. The tech just plugged in the info on the sticker from the transmission on to the new computer, and Im not sure what other things he did as far the programming.

The computer code is wyn3 it came off a 2014 auto gt and my car is 2013, i used a 2011 f150 transmission with the power by the hour shifter bracket

So my car is driving just fine but the select shift doesn't seem to work any idea?
