Ended up finding a 20a fuse blown. Which was for the fuel pump module. Found a wire spliced off of the fuel pump module in the trunk that I think blew the fuse. Since fixing this and replacing the fuse cobra has been running fine

Yeah it’s not very expensive. $5 quart. But it fixed what I needed it to. If it bothers me then I could always suck it out again and put something else in

Update. Sucked all the existing power steering fluid out. Replaced with valvoline. Loud noise is completely gone. Super smooth turning the wheel. Looks like problem solved.

I’ll have to do the same then. I checked the fluid and it’s super low. about an inch below the “low” level

I’m not sure if the gauge is reading accurately. It turns on and off intermittently so I’m not even relying on it
